ST. PATRICK CASSEROLES
If you can help feed the homeless at the St. Patrick center here is the recipe for the casserole. You can drop it off at OLP by the driveway by the dumpster between 10:00 and 10:30 on certain Saturdays, (check the event calendar) Casserole must be frozen.
1-10oz. Pkg. frozen lima beans, 2-15-16oz. cans pork and beans, 2-15-16 oz. cans kidney beans drained, 3/4 cup chili sauce, 1/4 cup molasses, 1 tsp dry mustard, 3/4 Worcestershire sauce, 1 envelope dry onion soup mix, 1-1/2 lbs. franks or hot dogs, cut in 1 inch pieces. Cook lime beans according to package directions; drain. Mix with pork and beans and drain kidney beans. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bake uncovered, 350 degrees, for 1 hour. Uncover, stir and continue baking for another 30 min.
