Stewardship

Dear members of Our Lady of the Presentation

Archbishop Robert Carlson has encouraged us to “Begin each day with the following simple prayer:  Thank you, Father, for all your blessings.  Lord, what do you want me to do with all the gifts you have given me?  Listen to God’s answer. He speaks to us--not necessarily in words--in the stillness of our hearts.”

Below you will see the goals of our parish Stewardship Committee.  The following pages will give you a beautiful picture of the Stewardship activities of our wonderful parish – how parishioners have listened to the Lord and shared the gifts the Lord has given them.

We are truly blessed as a parish!

Goals of Our Lady of the Presentation Stewardship Committee

Encourage all parishioners to become a responsible community of faith, supporting the needs of one another and the life of the parish through the celebration of the Eucharist, prayer, time, talent  and treasure.

Inspire parishioners to be “faith in action” for the social, environmental and political challenges beyond our parish walls.

“As each one has received a gift, use it to serve one another as good stewards” (1 Pt 4:10).
